Issue keys for end users

Step 1:
-> plug in a "software license USB dongle" and a valid USB RFID key card encoder
-> open locking management software -> select "Check-in";

step 2:
-> double click a bedroom that is required to check in, we choose Room 103 for instance -> select radio box "new check-in" if it is a empty room (green color); select "Duplicate card" if it is occupied room (red color);
-> Fill in guest name, check-in time and departure time;
-> select check-box "open double lock" if you need to open a lock with activated deadbolt -> press Button "Issue";

step 3:
-> Put a valid JK Tech key card on the card encoder;
-> If it is not a empty card it will pop up message “This is not a blank card, clear or not” then choose “yes” to clear this card
-> After clearing this non-blank card, press Button “local issue guest card” on the top right.

step 4:
-> After a beep from encoder, the Room 103 turns from green to red.
-> Now end-user can take the card to open related bedroom. Note:there is a small figure "1" on the top right corner of the house icon, it means now there is one people staying in Bedroom 103.

First two steps are the same as we issue physical RFID keycard as above.

Step 1:

-> input email twice;
-> press Button "Bluetooth key" then wait about 1-2second depending on network speed, the mobile key will send to the assigned email address;

step 4:
-> download Mobile Key App to your smartphone (so far only android version available) and install it in the phone;
-> sign up and activate user in the app via email step by step;
-> the mobile key will download into the App automobile if network is available;
-> get close to the door of bedroom, take out your smartphone to select the bedroom, and then press the padlock button in the App to open door;
-> notice: "sign in" of step 4 can be done beforehand
